Clothes

I hate shopping.


Must have long sleeved shirts and pants as defence against the dark mosquito.

Must be light colored and loose fitting.

Must be comfortable in stinking heat and high humidity.

Mosquitoes are attracted to dark colours.

So am I.

I have dark, mostly black, close fitting clothing. In summer I wear clothes that expose my armpits. I prefer them to be well ventilated in the heat.

As close as nude to possible while still being acceptably attired... 'acceptably' actually means becoming less nude as I move further from this side of 40. I can only tell this by looking at photos.. I don't feel like I'm on the other side of 40. I think it's blatantly obvious to everyone else who might happen to look at me.

I digress.

I hate shopping.

I've settled on yoga pants.

Yoga pants

They stretch .. so you can do yoga in them.

I buy them online.

They come in the mail.

They fit, they're fabulous.

They're bright orange.

They have a gaping chasm in the ankle area.

They're practically flares.

They may as well have a sign that says 'mosquitoes this way'
